Anouk Schimberg finished her medical studies at the Leiden University in 2016. She started working as a junior physician at the otorhinolaryngology department of the Haaglanden Medical Center, The Hague, and at VU Medical Center, Amsterdam. Since November 2017, she is working as a PhD student on a research project ‘Optimizing office-based endoscopic surgery of the pharynx and larynx’ at the otorhinolaryngology and head and neck surgery department of the Radboud University Medical Center. She is also one of the organizers of this endoscopy course.
