Anouk Schimberg finished her medical studies at the Leiden University in 2016. She started working as a junior physician at the otorhinolaryngology department of the Haaglanden Medical Center, The Hague and at VU Medical Center, Amsterdam. Since November 2017, she is working as a PhD student on a research project ‘Optimizing office-based endoscopic surgery of the pharynx and larynx’, which she will complete and defense on the 15the of May 2024. Furthermore, she is a 5th year resident in Otorhinolaryngology. She is also one of the organizers of this endoscopy course.
